Delivery & FAQs
I do not currently offer delivery on most orders - I am operating mainly as a collection only service. Collection is from BS2 0FD - just behind Bristol Temple Meads. I've answered a few popular questions below:

Do you deliver within Bristol?
I can offer delivery with a man and a van service, within the Bristol area for orders over £150.

Are you in the Bristol Clean Air / Congestion Zone?
No! I am just outside the CAZ.

Is there parking for collection?
Yes! You can park directly outside at no cost.

Are you close to Bristol Temple Meads train station?
Yes! I am about a 4 minute walk from the rear entrance of the train station.

Do you have a shop and can I have a look at what you've got in stock?
I don't have a shop, as running a shop is a real pain. You are however welcome to come and have a browse at what I've got in stock. Just drop me a message and I can let you know I'm around, and we can arrange a suitable time.

What times are you around for collection, and are you open at the weekend?
I am very flexible with collection times, throughout the days and evenings as well as weekends. If you'd like to collect an order or come for a browse, just drop me a message and I can let you know my availability.

Can I place an order for collection next week?
Note that I can only hold stock for a maximum of a day. This is not me being arsey, it's because I have such little space, and unfortunately the majority of orders that are requested to be held for a later date are either not collected, or continually pushed back. Therefore I can only hold stock, including any orders placed online, for a maximum of one day.

How do I arrange a collection after placing an order?
Once you've placed your order, drop me an email on hello@bristolplantman.co.uk, and we can arrange a suitable time for collection.

How do I pay for my order?
Bank transfer after collection is ideal.
